What I can't understand is how so many of the survivors still say they believe their leader to be a prophet. His prophecies came to naught. His followers and his children burned to death. The world has not changed, it just went on without him and them. But people still cling to their rationalizations. It is obvious that people are not rational and make decisions based on emotion.
