Summary: The Autopsy Report states:
- Asphyxiation (smoke and carbon monoxide)
- Global charring with extensive body mutilation
- No evidence of gunshot wounds
- Cause of death:
- Inhalation of smoke and carbon monoxide due to fire
- Global charring
Comment:
- The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death
Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:
- Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … "Livingstone Malcolm …, a British citizen, died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation. His body was found in the stage area near the chapel. He was identified from dental records. He was 26 years old.
This agrees with the other official reports.
The Office of Justice of the Peace did not include an inquest certificate for MC Doe 2 or Malcolm Livingston.
