• The autopsy does not include an estimate of the time of death.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

The DOJ Report states:

• Identified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire ... Perry Jones;  Perry Jones died of a gunshot wound of the mouth.  His body was identified from dental records.  He was 64 years old.

Summary and Comment: The Inquest Certificate states:

• Cause of death:
  • Craniocerebral trauma due to gunshot wound of mouth
• Manner of death:
  • Could not be determined
