Summary and Comment: The autopsy report states:

• The remains consist of a single adult thigh bone.
• The bone is attached to "esidual putrefying foul smelling tissue."
• The bone is wrapped in a paper towel.

Though the pathologists identify this item as an adult bone, the deceased is identified as a "Martin child."
