The coroners did not consider separating the head from the body to be a "tramatic injury."

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

The FBI did not consider that separating the head from the body might have been a factor in the death.

III. The July 14, 1994
