Summary and Comment: The autopsy report states:

Cause of death: Suffocation due to overlay and burial in structural collapse.
The head is absent.
Shearing injuries to trunk and extensive body mutilation.

The victim was a woman aged about 29 found by DNA analysis to be related to the Martin family.

The DOJ Report omits listing this casualty.

III. The July 14, 1994

Summary and Comment: The Inquest Certificate states:
