Summary and Comment: The autopsy report states:

Cause of death: Inhalation of carbon monoxide due to fire; Focal charring.
Advanced postmortem decomposition -- "disarticulated" (bones separating at joints).
No evidence of traumatic injury but "Gunshot injuries cannot be ruled out."

Pathologists and DNA analysis apparently could not determine which of two children () these remains represented.

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

Unidentified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Doe 64, a one year old girl, died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation. Her body was found in the bunker.

Cause of death: Inhalation of carbon monoxide; focal charring.
