Summary and Comment: The autopsy report states:
- Cause of death: Inhalation of carbon monoxide due to fire; Focal charring.
- Advanced postmortem decomposition -- "disarticulated" (bones separating at joints).
- No evidence of traumatic injury but "Gunshot injuries cannot be ruled out."
Pathologists and DNA analysis apparently could not determine which of two children () these remains represented.

- Unidentified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Doe 64, a one year old girl, died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation. Her body was found in the bunker.
