Summary and Comment: The autopsy report states:

• Cause of death: Inhalation of smoke and carbon monoxide due to fire; thermal burns.
• The body is that of an infant consisting of a fragmented skull …, cervical (neck) vertebra …, a hand, and a left ileum (hip).

The autopsy cover sheet erroneously states the autopsy was conducted on April 5, 1993, prior to the date of the alleged death.  The autopsists note indications of skull fractures from shrapnel, yet assign the death to smoke inhalation.

II. The FBI's October 8, 1993 Report to the Deputy Attorney General on the Events at Waco, Texas (cached)

Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:

• Unidentified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Doe 65, a baby girl, died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation.  Her body was found in the bunker.

The Report does not remark on the skull fracture from shrapnel wounds.

III. The July 14, 1994
