- Cause of death: Inhalation of smoke and carbon monoxide due to fire; thermal burns.
- The body is that of an infant consisting of a fragmented skull …, cervical (neck) vertebra …, a hand, and a left ileum (hip).
The autopsy cover sheet erroneously states the autopsy was conducted on April 5, 1993, prior to the date of the alleged death. The autopsists note indications of skull fractures from shrapnel, yet assign the death to smoke inhalation.
