Identified: April 14, 1994
Method: DNA
The upper portion
of 's body was separated from the lower portion by forces
not described. The separation was so complete, the pathologists did separate autopsies on
the two portions, which they called MC Doe 67-5 and MC Doe
. Only after DNA identification was it understood
that the two were parts of the same body.

Summary and Comment: The autopsy report states:
- Caulse of death: Smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation; Focal charring.
- Body is fragmented and "markedly decomposed."
- Part of head is missing.
Summary and Comment: The DOJ Report states:
- Unidentified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Doe 69, a one year old baby (sex undetermined), died of smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation. The body was found in the bunker.
The Office of Justice of the Peace did not include an inquest certificate for MC Doe or .
