Summary and Comment: The autopsy report states:

Cause of death: Suffocation due to overlay and burial in structural collapse.
Head is missing, presumed removed by burning.
"Markedly decomposed and autolyzed."

Unidentified Branch Davidians From April 19 Fire … Doe 70, a 2-3 year old female, died of suffocation in the bunker.
